Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need a different size, we're happy to offer a size exchange. Please note the following conditions:

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your rashguard, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Note: Instead of a cash refund, you will receive store credit, which can be utilized within 6 months of the credit voucher issue.

7-day return/exchange. ₹200 shipping charge applies.

Eligibility

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Manufacturing Defects / Wrong Item

If your product has a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item, please email us at customercare@activeguard.in with your order number and a picture of the issue to proceed with the return.

If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and is refunded, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Unacceptable Exchanges

Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be exchanged or shipped back to you.

Sale Items

Sale items may be returned or exchanged if they are not marked as Final Sale.

Clearance

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
